What are we looking for?

A passionate person who will join the Spectrum LAB team as senior fullstack software developer:

• Bring analysis and proposal strength to the team when designing and carrying out Apps projects for the Atlassian Cloud and Data Center
• Write optimized, high-performance solutions that meet the standards of the technologies implemented, basically “Code Quality” is your motto!
• Approach development issues by being mindful of user experience, performance, quality and security aspects
• Sensitive to your day to day productivity
• An excellent team player who enjoys learning new skills

What skills we’re looking for ?

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Significant experience using Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS
• Databases and their design / normalization (for example; MySQL, Postgres)
• A mastery of the REST API architecture
• Has experience with building and optimizing for performance
• Strong communication skills
• Experience of working in agile development methodology
• Experience mentoring other engineers and reviewing code
• Understanding of serverless and micro-services oriented architecture

A few nice to haves:

• Developed apps in Atlassian ecosystem
• Used Atlassian product such as Jira, Confluence or Bitbucket
• Git knowledge
• OWASP security basis
• Passion for the latest trends in application design and Interest in learning more about new languages and frameworks
