For our purposes, we are recruiting: 

Product Owner

Mission

• – Preparation and Participation in PI Planning (For SAFE methodology)
• – Increment Execution : Writing user stories : Ensure the good granularity of the stories
• – Defining the acceptance criteria of each user story
• – Writing acceptance tests
• – User stories assignment and sprint planning adjustments
• – Coach technically the team members and review their work
• – Detect, communicate and coordinate dependencies with the other POs teams
• – Participate actively in the different Agile team ceremonies
• – The main representative of the Agile team in the Project meetings
• – Understand and master technically the whole agile team scope and responsibility.
• – Work regularly with the Product manager

Profile

• – At least 4 years of experience in SW Development of Embedded systems / Automotive field
• – Have a proven experience  with Diagnosis J1939 protocol
• – Experience with Autosar and Elektrobit platform would be highly appreciated
• – A very good level in French and English
• – Good knowledge regarding agile methodologies especially SAFE.
• – Should have a very good communication and negotiation skills
• – To be a technical referent and have an advanced knowledge related to the team scope
