BetaCube Circle regroups a collective of talented entrepreneurs and experts with a focus on tech innovation 

Founded in 2019 , BetaCube counts more than 6 Startups in Early Stage Development with more than 14 Entrepreneur Circle Members.

The Challenge

We are opening a Program Manager to support the Betacube’s effort to collaborate with different ecosystem components & actors. The program manager will be taking point mainly on CorpUp Program along with other responsibilities related to programs within the company.
CorpUp is a “Corporate Innovation” program set up in collaboration with Beta-i and with the support of the DEAL program of Smart Capital, which puts Tunisian Start-ups in interaction with the large local and international groups present in Tunisia or in the foreigner.

The program is made up of 2 cohorts (Fintech and industry 4.0), each lasting 5 months, with the following objectives:
-Facilitate Startup’s access to corporate markets
-Provide innovative solutions to Tunisian corporations
-Encourage future collaboration between corporation and startups in Tunisia

We are looking for a creative, thoughtful, and autonomous team player to help us provide the best program experience possible to all actors within the CorpUp program and thus contributing highly to one of the pillar value propositions of Betacube. 

Being accountable to the Executive Team, you will make sure that the CorpUp Program will be planned , monitored and executed in the best ways possible. You will manage relationships with all actors related to the CorpUp Project and make sure the right ressources are onboarded in the best way possible.

60%: Your Commitment to CorpUp

• Oversee and Handle design of program phases with the support of experts
• Facilitate conversations between corporations and startups
• Identify good understanding of the corporate challenges
• Be responsible for the choice of experts and consultants in every phase of the program
• Ensure that the program is delivered according to the plan
• Ensure the required reporting to different involved stakeholders
• Ensure that startups are having a great experience within the program
• Track KPIs and make sure that objectives are reached
• Develop documentation and presentations
• Seek benchmarks in corporate innovation and work towards designing a repeatable experience

30%: Other Commitments within Betacube

• Oversee Delivery of other programs of Betacube on need
• Contributing to Programs Developed by Betacube
• Assisting the program development effort
• Support the Venture Bulding program on need
• Collaborate with  Lead Program Management & Startup Experince Manager into enhancing value proposition of Betacube

• 4+ years of experience in project/program management related positions in Tunisian SSO’s and Startup ecosystem organizations
• Sales/ Business Development / Account Management Experience in relation with corporations
• IT Background is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English & French are a must
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with Google Suite, Trello and Slack , with sharp interest in collaboration tools
• Able to work on different/ multiple tasks in demonstrated versatility
• Open to work on startup friendly environment
