We’re looking for dedicated First Level Support Specialists who excel in problem-solving and have a strong background in IT support, networking, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide first-level support to users by resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to second-level support when needed.
✅ Assist in maintaining network infrastructure to ensure smooth system operations.
✅ Support end-users with software installations, updates, and IT queries.
✅ Document technical issues and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
✅ Communicate professionally with users in German and English.

Required Qualifications:

🔹 Experience: 1–2 years in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
🔹 Technical Skills:
– Basic understanding of network structures and troubleshooting.
– Familiarity with system administration and software support.
🔹 Languages: Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
🔹 Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
