The International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) works with foreign governments to develop professional and transparent law enforcement institutions that protect human rights, combat corruption, and reduce the threat of transnational crime and terrorism. ICITAP supports both national security and foreign policy objectives and works in close partnership with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Agency for International Development, and the Department of Defense.

As a Program Analyst, you will:

• Coordinate with ICITAP Headquarters, U.S. embassy representatives, and other U.S. government officials to design, develop, and implement capacity development projects.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with host country law enforcement and government officials to foster specific goals and objectives.
• Research, analyze and prepare background information on the legal, social, political and economic circumstances impacting the assigned country.
• Provide technical direction to contract advisors and trainers assigned to the program.
• Evaluate ICITAP program delivery, particularly as it relates to the achievement of program goals and objectives, as well as any obstacles encountered that may adversely impact the program.
• Perform financial oversight to include developing and tracking program budgets, reviewing invoices, and analyzing financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records relating to ICITAP program activities and outputs.
• Assume other duties as agency priorities require.
