Senior Trade Policy & Customs Expert(s)
Responsible for developing trade policy-related reforms and capacity building. Practical experience in the field of trade policy and non-tariff barriers reforms and a good grasp of Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) and Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) regulatory framework in line with WTO agreements, including the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement. Practical experience in the analysis of legal and policy documents. Past experience in the Middle East and North Africa countries would be considered an asset.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience
- University degree in economics, law, business or other relevant areas
- Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic preferred.
