Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead New Product Introduction or Transfer projects with R&D team.
• Lead Installation, Operation, and Performance qualifications of production equipment’s, products, processes and utilities in accordance with the regulatory guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Participate in the investigations, audits and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team based environment.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge in statistical techniques and tools (knowledge to use Minitab is an advantage)
• Knowledge of change control and qualification concepts is an advantage.
• Skills of Microsoft Office software’s (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

Education and Experience

• Industrial or Mechanical Engineer.
• Fluent in English and French
