We are looking to recruit a Finance and HR Director (m/f/d), on behalf of one of our firms, located in the governorate of Tunis.

Finance and HR Director (m/f/d)

Mission / General Tasks and duties:

The finance & HR Director (m/f/d) oversees the financial management and human resource management of the local entity. He/she serves on the Board of Directors of the legal entity and directly supports the initiatives of the central finance and HR department of the company.

Your main tasks are as follows:

  • Full P&L responsibility and provision of financial, strategic and commercial support whilst ensuring operational excellence and compliance with KHS policies and procedures
  • Manages budgeting and long term financial planning process; provides timely, accurate analysis of budgets and financial reports specifically related to KHS machine and line projects
  • Directs accounting and compliance functions with the necessary processes and internal controls to safeguard the corporate assets
  • Manages bank relationships and initiates appropriate strategies to enhance the Company’s cash position and manage cash flow investment risk and yields; continually improved the timeliness and accuracy of the Company’s cash flow
  • Oversees risk and corporate insurance requirements; ensures compliance with all tax reporting requirements including income tax, franchise tax, sales tax, and employment taxes
  • Strategic and commercial support and coordination of HR whilst ensuring operational excellence and compliance with KHS policies and procedures
  • Lead, motivate and change the organization in order to achieve general targets and KPIs
  • Manages budgeting and long term employee and salary planning process; provides timely, accurate analysis of budgets and HR reports

Qualification requirements:

Technical skills:

  • Finance, A minimum of a Bachelor´s Degree in Finance/Accounts CASA or CMA preferred
  • 5 years of comparable experience or 10 years of 2nd-liner experience and similar leadership duties/responsibilities.
  • Advanced usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Experience with international accounting (IFRS)
  • Team Leadership using a cooperative leadership style
  • Planning & Organizing
  • Coaching & Counseling
  • Problem Solving
  • Dynamic, creative, and hard-working person with excellent communication skill
  • Excellent command of French, English and German
