Organization Development & Rewards Senior Manager (Directeur Adjoint)

Organization Development

• Develop and propose the overall OD strategy in alignment with both HR and business strategy.
• Lead strategic workforce planning for the organization current, and future requirements that could create the highest business value for Ooredoo.
• Define workforce sizing and workforce composition (FTEs, Consultants, Contractors, Freelance hires, Remote hires, etc.)
• Define capabilities required for the future in line with the business strategy and propose strategies to inculcate new capabilities in collaboration with Talent Development.
• Drive the overall workforce/staff cost budget across Ooredoo.
• Ensure the proposal and implementation, of scenarios on the leadership level-structure of the organization, including job grades and titles, workforce sizing, job responsibilities, KPIs, etc.
• Track global developments in the industry for emerging roles or organization structures (e.g., agile) and evaluate the feasibility.
• Lead the overall performance management process and approach, by positioning Ooredoo as a Performance Driven Organization.
• Lead Performance Management System – strategic direction / fair process – identifying high and low performers.
• Drive ongoing review and improvements to the PMS process based on market best practices

Rewards

• Lead implementation of reward policies / framework in alignment with reward strategy.
• Make sure the global processes, policies and procedures are properly applied.
• Work on performance pay, sales commissions, incentives wherever applicable
• Collect feedback from the different parts of the organization and bring ideas for reward policy effectiveness and improvements with the aim to help to attract different skill sets from a variety of backgrounds (i.e. digital marketing/new technologies etc.)
• Undertake benchmarking exercises / manage salary surveys, to be competitive and attract, retain and motivate employees.

Required Profile

• Min 7 years of effective HR experience (Large companies, consulting companies, is an edge)
• 4/5 years Academic Studies (Management, Business Administration, Engineering)
• Experience in People Management
• Fluent in French, Fluent English is mandatory
• Keen to manage internal and external senior stakeholders.
