Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Matrixx Application Back office Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.

Matrixx Application BO Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving technical problems. Performing a daily routine checks as well as release or patch installation, configuration change and implementing of MPS. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.

To be qualified for this role, you should have an experience in DB, charging system, scripting, and using troubling best practice tools.

Ultimately, you will be a person our customer’s trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

What you’ll do:

• • 2nd level technical support for OCS operation technical problems
  • Performing daily health check on Matrixx platform (Application, OS)
• -Charging servers
• -Publishing servers
• -Traffic routing agents
• -Business API Gateway
• -ER and MongoDB servers
  • Manage the integration with the Core nodes (PS and CS)
  • Deploy pricing files into the charging engine to load new products and offers
  • Conduct configuration changes on Matrixx Primary and DR engines
  • Troubleshoot subscribers complains by analyzing the traffic dumps and the Engine logs
  • Assure the smooth delivery of MEFs to EMM
  • Manage the creation and deletion of MongoDB partitions
  • Users management
  • Lead the investigation and isolation of unique and challenging problems
  • Collaborating with product development teams and other support groups to devise a plan for resolution that meets the customer’s needs
  • Deploy new releases and handle all release management processes
  • Support in applications installation and upgrade

What You’ll need:

• Hands on experience with charging and billing systems.
• Hands on experience on integration between charging and Mediation applications
• Working experience in Database technology
• Experience with structured programming language such as Java, Python
• Experience working on multi-threaded applications
• Experience with Scripting languages such as Shell
• Experience with packet capture and analysis tools like Wireshark
• Experience with XML
• Troubleshot and fix operational issues under incident management process.
• Hands on experience on integration between charging and provision applications
• Hands on experience on integration between charging application and middleware
• Familiar with ITIL standards.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Working under pressure.
• Familiar with on call support.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
