Digital Project Manager

Job Overview:

The digital project manager has the day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective running of digital projects with a focus on quality delivery and problem solving. As a project manager you will provide leadership to a project, you are the hub of knowledge and the source of truth for a project. You excel at anticipating and resolving issues. You excel at organization and thrive on long term planning.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise activities of designated digital project to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within time, scope and budget constraints.
• Create timely, accurate and thorough project plans, EVAs and scope change documents for each assigned project.
• Effectively identify appropriate tools, technologies and 3rd party to operate did campaigns.
• Work with Account management to ensure all digital assets are planned, budgeted and delivered on time.
• Supervise and manage 3rd party to assure consistency in final project deliverables.
• Take part in project team meetings; participate in ensuring the digital requirements.
• Meets regularly with both account team and client stakeholders to discuss project progress.
• Participates in client project kick off, status meetings and scoping meetings.

Qualifications:

• Work Structure & Management: Planning and executing work in a timely and efficient manner.
• People Management: Ability to manage 3rd party and coordinate with multi departments and backgrounds.
• Technical Skills: Understanding channel and technology requirements.
• Client Management: Ability to deliver quality and manage client’s expectations.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Team and Leadership Skills: Ability to work together with multiple departments.
• Personal Development: Ability to manage and develop career within the firm.
• BA/BS or advanced degree a plus
• 3+ years experience managing digital projects and activities including prioritizing, budgeting, estimating, process implementation.
