- Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will be responsible for leading our technical team of junior data scientists to drive innovation, build and maintain robust and scalable systems, and deliver outstanding results.
- Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the data science team
Develop and execute a technical roadmap aligned with the company’s goals and vision
Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance the company’s products and services
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software systems and applications
Ensure the team follows best practices for software development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for technology-driven growth and innovation
Monitor and evaluate emerging trends and technologies to stay ahead of the curve
Manage the company’s technical resources, including hardware, software, and personnel
Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all technical systems
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and technology partners
- Requirements: (All of the below should be available)
Proven experience of at least 3 years in the field.
Deep understanding of computer vision, machine learning, and data analytics
Basic knowledge of frameworks such as Metropolis from Nvidia, DeepStream SDK, and TAO toolkit
Expertise in developing and deploying scalable software systems and applications
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience managing technical teams and projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
