Technical Lead – Full Stack JS

This is a unique opportunity to join our booming startup.

As Full stack Tech Lead, you will :

– Contribute to technical design and architecture in collaboration with the CTO and involved parties
– Develop and implement modules using NodeJS, VueJS and rest APIs
– Ensure high code quality
– Lead and coach the development team
– Align with the CTO on development activities
– Contribute to backlog and sprint planning from a technical perspective. Close aligment with PO and management

Your profile :

– Engineer / Master degree in computer science, software engineering
– Analytical mindset
– at least 4 years of experience in full stack with NodeJS and VueJS ideally
– Masters NodeJS and VueJS
– Masters rest APIs, and OSA best practices
– Masters git, docker and knowledge of DevOps
– Experienced in working agile – SCRUM
– Leadership mindset : takes initiatives, tackles challenges and brings solutions, lead technical discussions and be the techy SPOC for the dev team
– People management skills
– Communication and stakeholders management skills
– Fluent in French and English
– Nie to have : Experience in Fintech and payments
