### **You will be in charge of:**

• Helping clients maximize the value of their investment in Wattnow’s products and services by identifying ways to improve performance, increasing adoption rates, and reducing churn rates.
• Developing training sessions to new customers.
• Conducting analysis of client data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Working with clients to develop plans for implementing new products or services, including an assessment of current needs and goals, as well as developing a roadmap for future success.
• Helping clients improve operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and facilitating the transition to new processes if needed.
• Helping clients manage their accounts by providing support for day-to-day activities.
• Supporting customer acquisition and expansion efforts by facilitating the advocacy and reference-ability of existing customers.
• Devising and developing methods to scalably onboard, train, support and engage customers.

### **What you bring with you:**

****Education:****

• Preferably studies in the field of energy/mechanical engineering.

**Techincal Skills:**

• Customer facing or other relevant experience preferably working in SaaS.
• Technologically proficient with advanced presentation and facilitation skills.

**Communication Skills:**

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Problem solver, with good critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
