Quality Manager

🌟 The Role:
As our Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee and drive our quality management system, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality processes and champion a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
👉 Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance product quality and consistency.
+ Establish and monitor key quality metrics, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
+ Collaborate with production teams to implement efficient quality control processes and resolve any quality-related issues.
+ Lead and motivate a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality matters, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of any concerns.
✨ Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile engineering, Quality Management, Technicien of quality or a related field.
– Junior or senior
– With / without experience
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
