As our scrum master

You will:

• Organize and lead the different meetings: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, workshops…
• Ensure the proper application of the Scrum method
• Promote communication, decision making and facilitate exchanges between the various stakeholders
• Create a benevolent environment while maximizing team productivity and process improvement: Lead and motivate the team; anticipate and manage potential conflicts
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and verify deliveries
• Work in conjunction with the product owner

Your adaptability, your autonomy and your interpersonal skills will be assets to help you evolve within our group.

Who are you ?

• • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You must master the theoretical aspects of Agile Scrum and Kanban and know how to put them into practice in a concrete context.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management standards and latest trends
  • Mastery and application of Agile values and principles and the Srcum framework in particular
  • Mastery of Agile project management software and tools (Jira…)
  • Ability to communicate and lead workshops with different particpants with different backgrounds
  • Strong capacity of analysis and technological understanding
  • Mastery of Design Thinking and best practices of meetings and brainstorming workshops
