A German multinational industrial company , based in Sousse is currently looking for a Regional HR Manager , position based in Mateur ( Bizerte ) .

The best candidate should have :
-University degree in HR or equivalent domain ,
– Minimum 10 years of experience in HR domain with at least 5 years in a managerial role .
-Must have excellent English communication skills.
-Strong conflict resolution, negotiating and facilitation skills
