Quality Assurance Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control processes and procedures in the factory. This includes implementing and enforcing quality standards, conducting inspections and audits, analyzing data and trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of GOTS, RWS, GRS, BCI, ISO 14001, ICS Social & Environmental compliance, Higg Index, FEM, and SLCP standards is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
