We’re rapidly expanding in Tunisia and committed to providing innovative, affordable smartphones to the Tunisian market. We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Service Center Supervisor to drive our after-sales success in Sousse, Sfax, and the South regions.
• What you’ll do:
  -Develop and execute after-sales strategies: Analyze market trends, implement HQ processes, establish service centers, and build strategic partnerships to elevate the customer experience.
  -Lead service center operations: Oversee daily operations, train and mentor staff, monitor case management, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  -Champion quality control: Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, analyzing feedback, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  -Manage KPIs: Track key performance indicators, analyze results, and develop data-driven strategies for optimal performance.
  -Inspire and manage your team: Lead and motivate the after-sales team, identify talent needs, provide training, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• What you’ll bring:
  -Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Telecommunications.
  – 3/4 years of proven experience in after-sales service.
  -Age below 35.
  -Fluency in English.
  -Strong understanding of the mobile industry.
  -Personal vehicle is a plus.
• Skills and Expertise:
  -Knowledge of logistics and after-sales procedures.
  -Strong customer service principles.
  -Understanding of business and management principles.
  -Sales strategies and tactics.
  -Administrative and clerical proficiency.
  -Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
