Business Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Intermediate and negotiate with assigned Client.
• Responsible for the P&L
• Control, monitor, report on and analyze the KPIs
• Manage Client governance and operations support processes and procedures.
• Assess and manage the performance of the collaborators.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum studies: University diploma (Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar),
• Minimum two years experience in a similar post, managing work teams and business areas at the Contact Centre.
• Experience in direct negotiation with the Client Organization.
• Office package and Google Apps knowledge: High level
• English & French:  C1
• Italian: B1 is advantage
