Capability Building Executive
- Mission:
– Deploy New Hires Trainings & Assist with Hiring/3 & 6 Months confirmation interviews.
– Assist the Training Lead- on a national level- the CB Assessment programs of IQOS Experts & CSC Agents
-Assist in Trainings & Coaching Deployments sessions & tests post Assessments
-Follow up on We Care Learning Plans and Reports for all RRP Channels Morocco.
- Day-To-Day:
– On the job Coaching & Training- after certification with CB Training Lead
– Assist and Provide both formal Trainings including: New hires trainings, C4 marketing Codes and on-the-job training including field visits.
– Assist on training plannings & organization in Tunisia and deploy the training content and calendar on the certified trainers.
– Follow-up of the theoretical training implementation through periodic field visits and listening sessions.
– Assist in the deployment of CB assessments for Field Experts and CSC Agents
– Follow up of assessments’ reports and results, and deploy the necessary CB plans of experts and agents.
– Share the outcome with supervisors/ SME’s and store and monitor the employee’s performance over his/her work timeline.
– New Training and Coaching Digital Platforms : Assist in launching the training digital platform « We Care » for experts and deploy digital learning plans & assessments on the platform.
– Keep track of the digital Power BI reports and build card reports by agent/experts for capability building development learning plans.
– Assist in PR-PO creation and assist the CB Training Lead in any training related events.
– Assist in Hiring and training plannings and selection with other channels Leads and be part of the 3/6 months assessments of acceptance.
- Pre-selection requirements:
– Graduated Bac+3 or B+3 with business background.
– Background and previous experience in coaching & sales trainings (focal point) one-to-one and one-to-many.
– Experience in power BI reporting & Excel
– Experience in digital learning deployment & digital platforms management.
– IMPORTANT: Valid experience working in the field and not just back-office.
-Previous experience in Tobacco business is a plus for this position
