The Challenge

We are profitable and in the process of scaling both our recruitment and partner brands – and after almost 4 years of operation, we are finally hiring our first full-time Designer!

To help us take our brand to the next level, we are looking for a talented designer who can work with teams across our collective to sharpen and expand our visual identity across all touchpoints. This is a big opportunity to own and influence our brand and product design across the collective with a clear path toward a leadership position as the first designer on our team.

As our Designer, you will report to our Chief Growth Officer and play a critical role in developing and executing our brand vision through high-quality and delightful designs across all internal and external touchpoints of the collective – including our own internal products!

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, well-organised, collaborative and experienced in managing multiple projects at the same time. We would love you to be creative and proactive – can you help us identify new ways to bring our visual brand to life?

This will be a dynamic role that will expose you to all aspects of Think-it’s business. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who aspires to an impact-driven career in marketing and product design.

80%: Key responsibilities:

1. Unlock the potential of our partner brand (B2B)

• • Support our CGO in the refinement and application of our B2B visual identity and brand guidelines across all external and partner-facing touchpoints
  • Work with our Growth team to develop visually compelling and consistent partner sales materials including sales decks, project proposals, case studies, investor reports, and thought leadership content
  • Take our website to the next level and work with our web development team to design, code, and launch new landing pages and digital experiences

2. Unlock the potential of our employer brand (B2T)

• • Support our People team in the definition and application of our talent-facing visual identity and brand guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints
  • Work with our Talent Acquisition team to develop visually compelling and consistent recruitment marketing materials including social media content, one-pagers, videos, and team swag
  • Take our internal communications to the next level by working with our People team and Chief of Staff to support our important meetings with clear and compelling visual aids such as slide decks, infographics, iconography, and more

3. Unlock the potential of our UX and product design

• • Work with our technical team leads to define and implement a clear and consistent visual identity and UX for our internal tools and products including UX discovery and research
  • Help coach our Engineering teams on design and UX methodologies and best practices
  • Work with our Engineering teams as needed to support design and UX components of partner projects with exciting teams around the world like BMW, SoundCloud, and more
