Role:
He/She will be required to provide administrative and financial support such as:
– Handling office tasks; filing, setting up for meetings, writing meeting minutes, assessment of supply requirements
– Record keeping
– Maintaining professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
– Carry out database updates
– Accounting: Invoicing, funds collection, petty cash management, revenue and expenses statements
Essential Requirement:
-License in English Language or Accounting with proficiency in English and French
-Excellent computer skills
-Attention to details
-Proactive
