The Green Box Coworking Space is on the hunt for a dynamic and passionate Environmentally-minded Space Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our coworking space and the implementation of our sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure a pleasant and professional experience for all members of our coworking space, making sure everyone feels welcome and included.
– Manage the daily operations of the coworking space, including coordinating maintenance, managing office supplies, and optimizing the space.
– Design and implement sustainable initiatives to reduce our environmental impact, including waste management, efficient use of energy and water, and promoting eco-friendly modes of transportation.
– Handle member billing, track payments, and manage any payment delays.
– Collaborate closely with the team and startups in dedicated programs to ensure a consistent and quality experience for all members.
Qualifications:
– University degree in Business Management, Association Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
– 0-1 years of experience in coworking space management or a similar role.
– Passion for the environment and a commitment to sustainability.
– Excellent organizational and project management skills.
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to greet members with a smile, be presentable, and promote an inclusive environment.
