Main tasks:
– Support technician will receive calls and e-mails from helpdesk and deliver immediate first level technical support (Back office, Airport applications, systems and network) to TAV IS customers.
– Contribute solving complicated technical troubles with administrators.
– Monitor all equipment and system status to make sure they all work in a proper way.
– Investigate the systems alerts before raising the issue to an upper level of support.
– Ensure periodic maintenance of IT equipment.
