TARGET is looking for an experienced

Sales Associate / Sales Manager

with a background in software solutions.

Responsibilities include

• · Conduct market research to identify potential selling opportunities for TARGET’s Digital Transformation products & solutions including evaluating present and short-term prospect needs
• · Gather market intelligence about the technology trends and requirements specifically in the prospect industries and IT in general.
• · Identify recruit and manage channel partners for TARGET products & solutions
• · Coordinate with TARGET’s worldwide resources, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/demonstrations on products and services
• · Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• · Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Qualifications & Experience

• · Graduate, preferably with degree in Business Management
• · 3 to 5 years proven experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required, in IT industry with deep understanding of Smart Cities, Smart Utilities, Smart Governance domains
• · Should be able to convert opportunities of individual state of art products and solutions at the Government and private segments.
• · Should have good network within the Government local agencies, private sector and Industry in their respective geographies
• · Should keep track of enterprise tenders, supporting bid preparation, follow up and managing the delivery of successful tenders and contract management of successful bids.
• · Previous knowledge or experience in HR will be desired but not essential
