Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
  – Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to different teams specifications
  – Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, VoIP)
  – Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  – Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
  – Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
  – Tracking the company’s inventory for technical hardware and equipements
  – Install and Maintain Video Surveillance and Time Attendance Solutions
  Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
