Digital Marketer and Content creator

Mission description

Super Novae is currently embarking on an exciting rebranding journey, one aimed at challenging and disrupting traditional viewpoints. Our objective is to invigorate our brand identity with enhanced creativity. Our revised approach features a dual-faceted communication strategy. On one hand, we’re focusing on corporate communication to increase Super Novae’s notoriety and demonstrate our unique expertise. On the other, we are spotlighting the human stories behind our projects, showcasing the individuals whose lives are transformed by our programs.

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketer and Content Creator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content for our digital platforms, managing our online community, and designing visuals that communicate our impact and vision effectively.

The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to join our dynamic team at our Tunis office, will work and report to the Head of Acquisition and Communications.

Profile

Background :
– A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or any other related field.

Experience :
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a community manager, digital marketer or digital content creator.
– Experience in launching community initiatives and managing social media.

IT and Language skills:
– Proficiency in design softwares (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, canva, etc.).
– Enhanced written and oral skills in English and Arabic. Knowledge of French would be an asset.

Digital Marketing :

– Develop, implement, and manage social media to increase online presence (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and the launch of an Instagram account).
– Facilitate online discussions and engage with our community to build a strong online presence.
– Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews to optimize community engagement.
– Organize events, challenges to build community and boost brand awareness.

Content creation :

– Design, create, and manage compelling graphic content that aligns with our brand image and enhances audience engagement. This includes creation of digital media assets such as infographics, banners, social media posts, videos, website graphics, email marketing templates, and other promotional materials.
– Design presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
– Collaborate on the design of project-specific visuals, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives and themes.
– Create engaging animations or motion graphics for use in social media or digital presentations.
