• · Must have excellent English language skills.
• · Must have excellent computer skills – for example sending and receiving emails; using Excel, Word, and Powerpoint; researching and finding information online

Responsibilities

• · Assists in administrative tasks as assigned by the Vice Principal/ Principal
• · Assists with the schedules and timetables for school, including exam supervision and substitution timetables
• · Follows up on the timely delivery and follow up of communication and reports any issues to the Vice Principal/ Principal directly and in confidence.
• · Responsible for the maintenance and lending of library books.
• · Help to coordinate school functions and activities as assigned by the Principal/ Vice Principal and under the direction of the Principal/ Vice Principal
• · Assists in data entry
• · Assists in documenting attendance and tracking
• · Daily checking of emails
• · Receives and greets visitors to the school
• · Sets appointment for senior staff as needed
• · Supervises breaks, hallways and classes as needed
• · Assists in filing and maintaining staff and student records
• · May be assigned extra duties as accordant with the role by Principal/ Vice Principal or the Board.
