🔎 The opportunity:

We are looking for a Sales Developer Representative to join the Sales Department in the MENA region.

The challenge of this new position at Sortlist is to qualify and validate incoming leads. Some are missing important info (phone number, company name, expertise needed etc.) and some needs to be verified in terms of budget, timing, need etc.

We receive every day dozens of requests from marketeers in need of a new marketing, digital or creative partner.

The SDR team is part of the demand-sales department, aiming to help businesses (while the supply focuses on the providers listed on our platform).

This mission will take place in close collaboration with the other departments at Sortlist like Product & Engineering, Marketing and Data.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Identify incoming opportunities in their region for the demand (company) side
• Convince, educate & explain to not mature leads
• Work closely with the head of SDR to grow the assigned territory and align on strategies, processes, operations regarding upsell opportunities Collaborate continuously with Product to identify & act on feature requests and product improvement possibilities
• Overachieved the target of 100 activities weekly (mails & phone calls)
• Answer to incoming users or visitors reaching us through the chat or phone calls

• Great dynamism and proactive attitude
• Good prioritization and organization
• Self-motivation, persistence and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and capacity to manage objections
• Experience in working with Hubspot or a similar CRM to manage incoming leads
• Team oriented spirit across multiple countries
• Strong written and oral communication together with listening skills
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner

🤝 This job is for you if you fill those requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic, English and French
• Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email
• Passion for sales: at ease with cold calls, challenging and fast-growing environment
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate education in Business Development, Management or International Sales
• Experience in selling B2B products or services

In order to reach your targets, you will have different metrics such as reactivity, conversion rate, etc.
