Responsibilities 💻
- Plan a sales strategy to develop Skills21 and achieve sales goals.
- Lead sales call with potential students (through phone and WhatsApp) for the different programs offered by Skills21 including but not limited to the Tech Sales Bootcamp and Workshops.
- Build up sales processes to increase conversion rate.
- Report through Hubspot call notes.
- Analyze results and report key learnings and findings to higher management.
- Build new partnerships and maintain existing partnerships with university clubs, communities, startups, and NGOs.
- Research potential opportunities to achieve growth and impact.
The Profile We Are Looking for 🙈
- Able to communicate easily in English, French, and Arabic.
- Passionate about Education, and the impact it has on challenging the status quo.
- Willingness, to challenge themselves, test new approaches, and be a lead on projects.
- Active listener.
- Never does things that are good enough, always striving for the best.
- Fast learner even without having any prior knowledge.
- Open-minded, you don’t give a sh*t about other people’s gender, race, religion, nationality…
- Tech-savvy and expert in googling stuff ‘cause it’s the 21st century 😉
- Last year student (PFE) or Fresh Graduate eligible for CIVP.
