Finance & Legal – Cash Collections Specialist

– Tunisia (f/m/d)

fulltime (40 hours/week) │ location: Tunisia

Your tasks:

• Diligent cash collections for the assigned Region including payment reminder letters, E-mail and customer calls
• Close monitoring of open PO´s for customers on prepayment terms
• Interface within Billing Team to ensure customer status is clear and to provide collections information to team / management
• Effective collections reporting including insight on delayed payments and suggested solutions
• Reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure debtors are accurate

Your profile:

• Completed financial apprenticeship or apprenticeship in a commercial area
• Prior professional experience in cash collections area
• Proficient user of MS Office (esp. Excel)
• Very good knowledge of English and French language
• Independent and structured way of working
• Excellent team spirit, commitment and flexibility
