Mechanical & Piping Design Engineer.

Profile:

✔️ Knowledge of industrial regulations/Oil&Gas;
✔️ Calculation Piping system according to ASME codes B31.3, ASME B31.4 and ASME B31.8;
✔️ Calculation of piping stress;
✔️ In-depth knowledge of the piping system, valves and accessories. Choice of valve materials and its internals, depending on the service;
✔️ Development of technical speciations and requisitions for purchases of piping equipment;
✔️ Hydraulic calculation and sizing of lines;
✔️ General Installation: Verification and follow-up of piping installation plans and support / ✔️ Verification and follow-up of isometric plans;
✔️ Rotating machines: Development of technical specifications, data sheets and requisitions for the purchase of rotary equipment. Preparation of technical analyses of supplier tenders for rotary equipment. Knowledge of pump standards such as API 610, API 675, ASME B73.1, NFPA20…;
✔️ Calculation and design of atmospheric reservoirs according to API 650 code. Development of technical specifications, data sheets and requisitions for the purchase of devices; under pressure as well as atmospheric reservoirs;
✔️ Analysis of specifications and processing of customer needs;
✔️ Follow-up and approval of supplier documents during the manufacturing phase;
✔️ Computer tools: Autocad, Solidworks, Robot…;
