-Handle internal communications, policy implementation, and HR projects.
-Collaborate with HR teams in Tunisia and Germany, alongside external partners.

What We’re Looking For:

-3-5 years of experience in HR management.
-Strong expertise in HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations.
-Fluent in English and French (both written and verbal).
-Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills.
-Ability to adapt, take initiative, and stay calm under pressure.
