Job Description
Position: SAP HCM-German Payroll Consultant (German Speaking)
Employment: Permanent, full-time
Location: Up to 100% Remote (Eligible countries: Europe & Tunisia)
Start Date: Flexible from July 2025
Salary: Up to €140,000 gross per annum + Bonus + Benefits
Our client, a renowned global consulting firm with multiple European offices, is expanding their SAP team. They’re seeking medior to senior-level SAP HCM-PY Consultants with strong German payroll customizing experience.

Role Description
You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, blueprint solutions, and implement changes within a project framework. Collaboration with project managers and other team members is key.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 2 years SAP HCM-Payroll consulting experience
- Strong German payroll and customizing/configuration expertise
- Solid functional and blueprinting knowledge
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and logical mindset
Languages
German language proficiency at B2 level or higher is mandatory.
Main Responsibilities
Analysis & Consultation
- Conduct blueprinting workshops with clients
- Design and document client-specific solutions
- Resolve gaps between client requirements and system templates
Integration & Testing
- Support clients during data mapping, cleansing, and conversion
- Maintain current knowledge of SAP products and competitors
- Provide testing and go-live support
Product Knowledge
- Maintain high-level HR and payroll knowledge
- Adhere to established templates and processes
Project Planning & Management
- Provide regular updates to the project manager
- Coach and support other project team members
- Collaborate with internal support teams
Work Locations
The company can employ candidates in these countries only: Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Tunisia, UK. Hybrid (3 days onsite) is preferred, but fully remote options are possible case-by-case.
Compensation
- Salary: Up to €140,000 gross per annum
- 18% bonus per annum for senior consultants
