Marketing Manager

North&West Africa

Position Purpose:

• Establish a national market-oriented business vision and portfolio strategy for all promoted brands
• Drive growth&category
• Build a purpose-led vision across the Marketing organization
• Development and implementation of local Marketing strategies ensuring the link with the regional strategy in order to maximize sales and ROI along with the product life cycle
• Support & upgrade brand managers spurring their competencies & productivity

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: 2 options :
  • Marketing with business/medical knowledge/experience
  • Pharmacists/physician with business/marketing knowledge/experience

Experience:

• At least 6 years of Marketing professional experience gained in an international affiliate /context

Key individual accountabilities:

• Definition, validation and implementation of the marketing strategy
• Coaching and motivation of product managers
• Coordination of Products Managers activity and communication with other departments (Medical, Trade marketing, AI, Regulatory, Business Operations, Controlling, Supply Chain …..)
• Proposing and monitoring budgets
• Validation and monitoring of sales forecasts
• Validation of promotional campaigns
• Track achievements, analyze deviations from forecasts and propose corrective actions
• Analysis of results and profitability of the products (P & L)
• KOL Management
• Work on NPL projects to define new growth possibilities

Key shared accountabilities:

• Definition, validation and implementation of the marketing strategy
• Coaching and motivation of product managers
• Coordination of Products Managers activity and communication with other departments (Medical, Trade marketing, AI, Regulatory, Business Operations, Controlling, Supply Chain …..)
• Proposing and monitoring budgets
• Validation and monitoring of sales forecasts
• Validation of promotional campaigns
• Track achievements, analyze deviations from forecasts and propose corrective actions

• Define and implement the marketing strategy of the whole CHC portfolio to develop turnover and profitability.
• Coordinate and lead a team of product managers : ensure marketing operational plan execution

KPI/Evaluation criteria:

• Product Evolution in volume and Revenue
• Innovation rate (new types of campaigns, tools, channel activation…)
