Senior Software Engineer – Team Lead

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior System Developer with leadership experience to guide our team. You’ll play a vital role in developing our next-generation data product, utilising your expertise in software development. You will also need to show you eagerness to independently learn Rust.

As a Team Lead, you will:

Drive technical excellence within your team, providing mentorship and guidance to talented Rust developers.
Own the design and execution of key components within our cutting-edge product.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

Computer science degree or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in system programming languages (C, C++, Go, Rust is a major plus, Java/Scala).
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly, with strong foundational knowledge to rapidly master Rust.
Experience leading and mentoring a small team of developers.
Ability to work on-site in Tunis-Belvedere at least 3 days a week.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
