We are looking for a professional with a deep understanding and curiosity about blockchain technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, deep interest in the latest web3 advancements, tech-savvy, and an aptitude with social media monitoring tools are the keys to the Rezolute Community Lead role.

You will be responsible for the proper management and development of our client’s online communities, a top-down strategic vision for setting and achieving your client’s goals. Alongside the community moderators, you will build and manage communities at Discord and Telegram, encompassing online activities such as social media, live streams, AMAs.

You should articulate why some projects succeed in their community-building efforts and some don’t. This role requires a lot more than answering questions in a Telegram group. As a Community Lead, you will be managing, coordinating, and training a team of moderators, who will report and follow your strategic guidelines on further growing a community in a healthy and sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a proactive community management strategy and apply best practices of community management across online and offline channels.
• Recommend and onboard scalable software solutions to support and automise communication channels (e.g., Twitter, Discord, and Telegram).
• Strategise on social media tactics that interact with the blockchain/crypto community, and craft engaging and informative content to cultivate the community
• Use brand guidelines to shape written communications translating the brand and message from high-level vision to detailed, professional-quality materials.
• Provide recommendations to other internal teams based on community feedback
• Identify, cultivate, and engage advocates and enthusiasts.
• Manage and grow a network of community analysts
• Generate periodic reports on emerging trends and community sentiment.
• Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Community management team
• Keep track of KPIs

What we look for in you

• 4+ years of experience working in community management, event management, or similar roles.
• Startup experience, with demonstrated ability to move fast while maintaining an excellent quality bar.
• Ability to prioritise and have strong project management skills.
• Experience with social media platforms used by businesses, including Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent in writing a variety of externally facing communications (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, press releases)
• Passion for learning about blockchain, cryptocurrency, and new technologies is required.
• Availability to work days, evenings, nights, as well as weekends as and when required.
