Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant

• Reports To: The CEO
• Main Purpose of the job:

Ensures the implementation of monitoring and reporting to The CEO, focusing on the progress of each team and ensuring that everyone is sending daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Works closely with the CEO and teams to automate and centralize planification, monitoring and reporting tools and data

Main responsibilities:

Understand how the program works in detail inside the company and the role of every employee.
Set a daily meeting with every employee to make sure that he/she prepared his/her daily report and weekly planning.
Provision of regular updates and input in the monitoring of the tasks of each employee activities, to assess overall tasks implementation with respect to tasks objectives, outputs, and indicators.

Send a daily, weekly, monthly, and trimester report to the CEO about the situation of the Work.
Be aware of health and safety at work and report any work-related activity.
Work and communicate with teams to receive daily information.
Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures.
Recommend further improvement of the work.
Monitor the sustainability of the work results
Provide feedback to the CEO on project strategies and activities
Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all work activities to the CEO
Provide input and update information related to work outcome
Prepare Issues Log and Risk Log for the work
Assist the work personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use
Assist the CEO in preparing other relevant reports
Develop M&E system for the Project

Qualifications:

Strong English ability
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Great listener!
1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Higher education in management or business :
Bonus points if holds a Professional Master in Administration and Management of Business / Bachelor of Business Administration in management and management of the organization
