The objective of this role is:

– to provide overall support with technical content and technology in education across all of client’s work streams
– to providing support with the implementation of Institute’s pilots.

** KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

– Instructional Design
– Education Technology
– New Projects
– Content Development
– Pilot Implementation

** GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

– Budgets and Plan
– Systems and Processes
– Change Management & Continuous Improvement
– People Management

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS

* Degree in Computer Sciences (or equivalent)
* 4+ years of relevant full-time work experience in the Education Sector

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

● Think tank personality
● Excellent analytical skills
● Knowledge of new trends and practices in the education sector
● Knowledge and experience in working with Education Technology ● Knowledge of Research Tools and Techniques
● Knowledge of Project Management Tools and Techniques
● Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks
● Capable of working independently with minimal supervision but skilful in collaborating and coordinating with other projects staff and partners
● Resourceful personality
