The incumbent’s primary responsibility will be to support the site director in a variety of administrative tasks including ensuring effective facilities maintenance and vendor management in our soon to be launched Tunis site in Les Berges du Lac.
The Administrative Assistant will also coordinate site communication, employee engagement, and travel activities.
The Administrative Assistant will be supported by the Technology, Finance and Human Resources departments.
We are looking for a detail oriented, dynamic and autonomous individual, flexible and adaptable, breathing positive energy and with a strong customer focus!
Languages required for this position would be Arabic, French and English with Italian being a plus.
