What You Will Achieve

you will be member of Pfizer’s dedicated and highly effective quality assurance team.

In your role, you have the all-important task for management of the documentation system such as creation, documentation distribution/withdrawal, status management. You will be responsible for equipment calibration and perform periodic verification of IPC laboratory .You will also elaborate product quality revue report and ensure the application AQR planning. Your organizing skills will help you implement related documentation systems, propose change control processes and coordinate the review of procedures and forms.

How You Will Achieve It

• Prepare and ensure the respect of annual calibration planning and prepare the calibration certificate of equipment
• Perform periodic verification of IPC laboratory
• Manage the documentation system: creation, documentation distribution/withdrawal, status management…
• Prepare the annual product quality revue and elaborate product quality revue report
• Ensure the weekly monitoring of environmental conditions in the production area
• Initiate audit, regulatory inspection… actions on QTS and follow up
• Back up of PLS (Pfizer learning solution) administrator
• Follow up of evaluation record of batch record
• Lead investigations following M1 methodology
• Apply EHS procedures and actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of the EHS system on the site
• Participate in the implementation of EHS action plans relating to his department
• Participate in the periodic review of EHS management system.
• Execute the tasks to support the Quality Systems functions.
• Work within the Quality system including usage of Pfizer Document Management System (DMS) to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Technician
• Demonstrated experience in Document Management and Control
• Familiar with Microsoft 3685

Nice-to-Have

• Good level of English
• Knowledge of Pfizer quality Systems
• Trained on M1
