Job Purpose
The Human Resources Specialist will support the HR Sub Regional lead in all HR operational support in respect of the full HR function for the business in the Tunisia and employee relations matter in the North Africa Sub region, working closely with the HR sub regional Lead and AFME region ER Lead. The service provided should be aligned with the organizational growth requirements, ensuring that best practice are followed at all times. The HR Specialist will implement, drive and monitor HR solutions, which meet internal requirements, client requirements and the overall business objectives of all businesses and divisions.
The HR Specialist must have strong influencing skills, is credible and challenge assumptions. As stewards of culture, the HR Specialist needs to understand and apply the tools to change and transform the culture, S/he will be responsible for coaching managers on how their actions reflect and drive culture.
The HR Specialist will facilitate the day-to-day work of managing people inside the organization and ensuring the colleagues’ core needs are efficiently addressed.
