Financial Controller

Company Headquarters – Tunis.

As part of the Group Finance team, in close collaboration with regional offices (Asia/RCIS/MEA/Europe), IT and Sales departments, your main objectives will be:
• Prepare detailed costing/pricing models for new potential business opportunities
• Realize financial analysis and propose improvement measures
• Ensure consistency of all financial aspects of project costing/pricing at all stages
• Analyze and identify optimization potentials for existing finance tools and costing / pricing processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (e.g. Finance, Sales, IT, Operations) to identify and achieve cost-saving potentials within new project opportunities
• Conduct project variance analyses (budget vs actual)
• Produce ad hoc reports and/or analysis as requested
• Report directly to Group Controller
Qualifications
• University degree in finance or accounting (overseas education background is preferable) with at least 2-3 years working experience in finance; project costing/pricing experience is a plus
• Profound knowledge of financial statements (e.g. Income Statement)
• Excellent communication ability in English; can use English as a working language;
• Excellent computer skills in office, especially Excel
• A self-motivated, professional, independent individual who is also a team player
• Strong sense of responsibility; great attention to detail and capable to work under pressure
• Occasional short business trips needed
