Strategy and Management Senior Consultant / Manager

Job Description

As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:

• • Strategy definition
  • Process Re-engineering
  • Operations Optimization
  • Digital Transformation
  • Systems Implementation follow-up

You will work with consultants and clients through all stages of the consulting life cycle, including data gathering, data analysis, developing solutions, generating recommendations, communicating results, implementation, and follow up.

You will assist the team with the delivery of project work across a range of clients based primarily on client sites. You will help developing recommendations and solutions bridging the gap between the organization’s high-level mission, vision, and capabilities and people, process, and technical solutions while taking account identified constraints and existing technology into account.

You will work on topics such as Supply Chain, Procurement Management, Corporate Finance, Facility Management, HR Management, IT Advisory, PMO, Sales & Marketing, etc.

You will gain an understanding of the key issues, challenges, and cutting-edge topics within different sectors, and they will undertake training on various topics. You will also gain experience with strategy development, business process reengineering, organization design, knowledge management, and change management

Qualifications:

• • • Good Engineering or business school (Polytechnique, iHEC, SupCom, ENIT, ENIS, MSB, TBS, Foreign universities…)
    • Ideally an experience in a top management consulting company
    • Ability to apply critical thinking to a wide variety of problems
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to gather and analyze data effectively
    • Ability to understand and analyze complex problems
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, including creating accurate spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint
