Internship Trainee

• Mission:
  • Strengthen the OST international development team by supporting the Business Intelligence and Sustainability manager (henceforth BIS) in all the operational aspects of OST’s expansion to new countries.

Responsibilities:

Preparing preliminary research which will serve as the groundwork for research projects
Conducting market research about entrepreneurship ecosystems in the MENA region and Africa.
Working on databases of pertinent Tunisian Entrepreneurship Ecosystem stakeholders
Assisting the BIS in applying for funding grants in Tunisia, the MEA region, and the US
Assist in all administrative organizational tasks related to the expansion of OST to new markets

Required knowledge and skills

Excellent English writing skills
Highly organized and has a digital fluency that allows him/her to use organizational tools like Notion, ppt, Zapier, Typeform…
Basic ppt design skills
Fond of innovation and entrepreneurship
Informed about the innovation ecosystem in Tunisia and abroad
Strong Project Management skills
Comfortable with collaborating and communicating in a professional, approachable, and effective manner
Comfortable working with American-native speakers
A quick learner – you enjoy doing things for the first time and extracting the learnings from a new situation to improve the process for next time because you will want to stay
A great team player—we enjoy spending time together and we enjoy big family gatherings

• Functioning mode:
• A flexible schedule and possibility to work remote when necessary
