About the Department
The Medical, Regulatory and Quality Affairs (MRQ) department at Novo Nordisk Tunisia is one of the most diverse and collaborative groups within the organization, responsible for building and delivering consistent scientific communication Diabetes management. We strive towards changing lives of people with diabetes. Our main objective is to ensure we have the best organisation and right people in place to ensure continued growth in the affiliate. Our role is to support the affiliate in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Market Access.
As Medical Advisor you will provide local medical and scientific support for physicians (mainly influencers), healthcare professionals and colleagues in support of business opportunities and strategic objectives taking into account short-, medium-, and long-term business needs. You will act as a liaison between Novo Nordisk and external experts. You will also be a scientific partner and give support to Sales, Marketing and Market Access.
The Medical Advisor will report to the Medical, Regulatory and Quality Affairs Manager.
You are a Medical Doctor with 2-4 years of experience in Medical Affairs and People Management; ideally you have experience in Diabetes. You have good presentation and training skills. You have continually focused on process improvement, innovation, and bottom-line results; You have an ability to interact with multiple departments to meet needs of various internal/external stakeholders, building relationship, open, direct communicator, goal-oriented, with high integrity and strong ethics.
