We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician. The position is based in our Tunisia office in Tunis and reports to the EMEA South IT Support Manager.

The position

• The IT Supporter we are looking for will be integrated in a virtual IT team supporting Novo Nordisk Business across EMEA South zone. The main responsibility for this position is to provide 2nd line IT Support services to the Tunisia affiliate as well as to participate at regional level in the initiatives triggered by Global IT. The users to support are office users, in the field users, salespeople, Research & Development people etc. They are skilled IT users who are dependent on IT to work.
• Other important functions are supporting the IT team on troubleshooting hardware and software issues; assisting in the administration of local IT infrastructure/services; providing IT trainings; executing other IT Operations related processes such as purchasing of IT equipment’s, identifying and implementing continuous improvement actions in the IT Operations as well as exchanging of knowledge within The IT organisation.

In addition, with this position we need to ensure that all adequate standard operating procedures and documentation required for IT security, quality and compliance are implemented.

• From this position, the IT supporter will interact with several different third parties being responsible of the work that has to be delivered by them. Customer oriented individuals with good written and oral communication skills are key factors to accomplish this goal. An adaptable, independent, ready to learn candidate with IT security awareness is an added advantage.
• This IT supporter will be responsible for on-site IT support in the Moroccan affiliate. Additionally, few travels within the EMEA region per year may be required (for participation to team meetings and projects or/and specific support activities).

• IT Security within GITO

Communication And Stakeholder Interaction

• Providing info about the local needs to the global organization Influence the GITO standards and procedures to be implemented in the local organizations,
• Implementing locally, procedures and standards defined globally. Open to listen LoB needs and inform them about the features GITO may provide them with
• In the relationship with external vendors or with the support organizations, stick to the needs of the LoB
• Understanding of the business and the LoB needs is basic

Qualifications

You have a relevant academic degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with Minimum of 2 years of working experience within ITIL foundation, Microsoft certification, iOS & mobile devices, are additional assets in a multinational company.

• • You have excellent command over both written and spoken English and have relevant business background. You have strong capable of working effectively in both a team and individually.
  • Result oriented and persistent to reach objectives as well as having a passion for quality and timeliness.
