The Position

As our Field Sales Manager (FSM) based in Sfax, you will be responsible for building and generating sustainable regional market share by effective execution of sales and marketing plans.

You will be managing and developing sales team of a defined geographical district to maximalise the existing business potential.

The Field Sales Manager will be representing Novo Nordisk vision, essential values and commitments in the daily conduct with the customers working according to business ethic procedures and local law.

Furthermore, you would proactively manage our key stakeholders in the region within the frame of sales management. Establish and maintain effective, cross-functional internal business relationships for successful collaboration.

You will efficiently plan, coordinate, and control our sales force activities, as well as sales processes, and you will effectively implement our company strategy, successfully develop, and manage all sales and action plans in order to achieve company goals. You will Actively participate in congresses, conferences, and other Sales events.

As people leader you will act as a role model on leadership behaviour and cross-functional cooperation. Naturally, you will also ensure that business ethics, quality and compliance is adhered to in your team.

Qualifications

• To be effective in this role, you need to have a university degree in either pharmacy or medicine or related medical field.

You Also Need To Have

• Several years of practical experience in field of Sales with excellent product and portfolio knowledge.
• Strong market and customer understanding, as well as good know-how of business processes and competitive dynamics in a changing environment.
• Excellent leadership skills focused on dialogue, communication, collaboration, and motivation.
• You are characterized by your strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking and result-driven skills.
• You have a positive charisma and a very strong team orientation.
