Be the ‘go to’ social person in Tunisia for both external and internal contacts
Manage, support and mentor a team of social experts
Review and disseminate social media collateral in line with standardized Wavemaker social approach
Responsible for driving Mindshare Tunisia revenues in key social services – social consultancy, community management, social seeding, paid planning/buying, and social media monitoring & insight delivery
Ownership & management of the social P&L. Working with leadership & business directors to ensure effective forecasting & revenue delivery
Support leadership in the development of market-leading social services including but not limited to hiring, structuring, acquisitions, partnerships and client support
Roll out and augment training to ensure best practices execution in Tunisia
Identify current social media financial benchmarks and develop a growth plan with leadership
Develop case study collateral and share internally
Attending and representing at Mindshare conferences and meetings
Be a key correspondent for providers in the social space such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn in order to drive our social business forward
Negotiate and secure additional social partners as needed
Work with the Mindshare innovation/tech team to explore & develop means to drive efficiencies in how our social media services are delivered
Work with Mindshare innovation/tech team to explore & develop NPD & tools where social media data or insight creates opportunities for the agency or clients.
